You are a researcher on an expedition to retrieve a mysterious artifact from the claws of the abyss.

Important to note:

Make sure you don't have your monitor brightness up too high, lest you ruin like 75% of what the game is going for. You should not be able to see the terrain without light.

The compass functions exactly as described in-game: stand still and a green arrow will show you the way.

The game does not crash when you press quit. It stops running as intended, itch just doesn't care.

Controls:

You move by pointing the cursor in a direction, the further away the cursor is from the player, the faster the player moves. (It is capped though, you can't move at the speed of sound just with an ultrawide monitor)
